Refund & Return Policy
Generally, there are two reasons for return:

2. Customer Preference:
If it’s just that the customer doesn’t like our lights, the customer needs to pay the shipping cost for the return and exchange.

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Return Process:
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer-Responsible Returns:
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Reasons include:

- The size is too small or too large.

- Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- Wrong item or quantity ordered.

- For items not eligible for return refunds, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct up to 50% of the cost + service fee from your refund amount.
